The group is more and more sensitive to ESG factors, in particular to the environmental and social aspects and has already initiated a rating process of the whole portfolio. The investment policy in place takes in consideration ESG factors also during acquisitions. In more detail, LFPI recommends solutions that can take into account the reduction of energy consumption and essential resources, green mobility, the creation of social spaces and the enhancement of environments and areas.
