Stefano graduated in Economics & Financial Markets (CLEFIN) at Bocconi University, Milan (Italy). He served as an Asset Manager at T&S - Asset Management Company of Merrill Lynch/Colony Capital - and GE Real Estate between 2002 and 2007. At that date, he joined Generali Immobiliare Italia as Chief Investment Officer and then was nominated also Key Account Manager of the Group. At the end of 2010, he joined LFPI Italia Reim as Managing Director.

Graduated in Business Administration from LUISS Guido Carli University, Rome (Italy), she holds also a Master’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management and Control from Bocconi University, Milan (Italy) where she has done an internship at SDA Bocconi (Real estate finance executive course). In 2009, she started her career at BNP Paribas REIM in the Italian Corporate Development department, followed by an overseas experience in the French Investment / Divestment team in Paris. From 2011, she worked for the Business Development team of Prelios SGR while in 2014 she was appointed Asset Manager for a fund reserved for qualified investors. In 2016, Claudia joined LFPI Italia Reim as Investment & Asset Manager and since 2019 she has the position of Head of Asset Management.

Graduated in International Management at Bocconi University of Milan (Italy) and Master in Real Estate Management at Politecnico di Milano (Italy). During his studies, he participated in exchange programs in China and California (US). He then joined the Cushman & Wakefield Accademy, where he was part of the Office Agency (landlord and tenant advisory), Office Capital Market and Industrial & Logisitics Capital Markets. Since November 2018, Marco is part of LFPI Italia Reim as Investment Manager.

Graduated in Economics at the University of Turin (Italy), Cristina has worked in marketing, communication and sales for international groups, consulting companies and start-ups. Since 2019, she is Executive Assistant and Office Manager at LFPI Italia Reim.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Building Construction and Master’s degree in Management of the Built Environment at Politecnico di Milano (Italy). In 2013 he started his career working for Regione Lombardia at D.G. Territorio e Protezione Civile – U.O. Department of Programmazione Territoriale e Paesistica. From 2014 he held the position of Property Manager at CBRE, focusing on office portfolios. Matteo joined LFPI at Italia Reim as Asset Manager in September 2018.

Graduated in Law at the University of Milan (Italy), she also holds a Master in "Business Law" from Il Sole 24ore Business School. After a brief experience as legal generalist in a Milan law firm, in 2016 she joined the Carrefour Group as In-house counsel, beginning her career in real estate. Later, she spent few months as Property Manager at the Fondazione Patrimonio Ca' Granda, before joining the LFPI Italia Reim team in 2019 as Asset Manager.

Graduated in Environmental Architecture and subsequent master’s degree in Technological and Environmental Design at Politecnico di Milano (Italy). In 2015 he began his professional career in the technical office of the Municipality of San Donato (MI), then moving the following year to Praxi S.p.A. with a position in the Due Diligence and Property Management division. In 2019 he joined BnP Paribas Real Estate Property Management as Property Manager in the Due Diligence, Property and Asset Management division. Since 2021 he has held the position of Asset Manager at Iccrea Banca S.p.A., focusing mainly on the governance and portfolio management activities of both the Head Quarter and the BCC Banks. In November 2023 he joined the LFPI Italia Reim team in the Asset Management team.

Graduated in International Business and Management from Hult Business School in London, and later started in 2023 an M.Sc. in Global Real Assets at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, which he completed in 2024. Between his undergraduate and postgraduate studies, he interned at Lionchase North America, a private equity fund based in Washington, DC, where he worked on value-add residential real estate investments, focusing on underwriting and asset management analysis. In 2024, he interned at Tulou in Milan, a start-up co-living operator, supporting the Real Estate Acquisitions team with market research and analysis of value-add opportunities in student housing and mixed-use assets. From December 2024 to October 2025, he interned at LFPI Italia Reim, contributing to the evaluation of investment opportunities across multiple asset classes in Italy. Since mid - October 2025, he has been employed as an Investment Analyst at LFPI Italia Reim, where he continues to support deal sourcing, due diligence, and investment committee activities.
